This website is operated by Jolly Frog Studio, a trading name of Jolly Frog Books Ltd. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY:

Jolly Frog Studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Jolly Frog Studio. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Jolly Frog Studio, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Jolly Frog Studio. 

PRIVACY POLICY:

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain personal information may be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in other countries than where you reside, in order to provide services to you. PRODUCTS:

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Due to differences in screens and printing processes, colours may vary slightly from what appears online.

ORDERS:

Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.

SHIPPING:

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–5 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and destination of your order.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All artwork, illustrations, designs, text, and content on this website remain the property of Jolly Frog Studio / Jolly Frog Books Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will either refund you or provide a replacement. 

Due to the delicate nature of paper goods, refunds will only be provided in the case of incorrect or damaged items at time of delivery. 

All books must be returned in unused condition, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept books that look used or have writing and/or stickers on them. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange the return. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect, in which case, we will provide a refund of the shipping fee.
